Bennett Nott received his Master of Social Work from the School of Social Work at the University of Michigan in 1979. He has worked in the mental health field in Michigan, Washington, and Massachusetts since that time and since 1989 in LaPorte and Porter counties in Indiana.
His areas of interest include the treatment of depression, anxiety, addictions, and anger management utilizing individual, group, and family modalities. He is also interested in the integration of spirituality and psychotherapy. In addition to his clinical work, he is on the social sciences faculty at Purdue North Central, teaching in the area of social work.
Ben resides in Michigan City, Indiana, and has two daughters in Washington and a son in Indiana. He also has two granddaughters.
